Meet Our Process Cleaners
Liquid Alkaline Soak Cleaner
NC-1091 is a highly alkaline heavy-duty soak cleaner. Primarily formulated for aluminum soak operations. NC-1091is widely used as a cleaner where extra detergency is needed to remove stubborn soils and coatings.
NC 1091 contains buffers and inhibitors that make it compatible with most aluminum and galvanized metals.
Alkaline General Purpose Cleaner
NC-1242 is a general-purpose alkaline cleaner/degreaser. It is designed as a floor, maintenance, machine, and coolant sump cleaner. NC-1242 can be used as is or mixed with water. Although concentrations will vary, recommended ratios for typical cleaning operations are:
Operation (Water to Product)
- Floor cleaning 40:1
- Damp mopping 10:1
- Steam cleaning 40:1
- Machine cleaning 5:1
- Sump Cleaning 50:1 to 20:1
Alkaline Stripper/Cleaner
NC-1250 is an extremely versatile product. It is an effective rust/paint stripper as well as a heavy duty cleaner when extra alkalinity is needed to remove stubborn soils.
NC-1250 has excellent soil suspension ability to assist with washer maintenance. NC-1250 is also used in stripping zinc stearate soaps before and after coating lines.
NC-1250 when used in a coating line with zinc stearate soap will not solidify or require heat prior to dumping like other alkaline cleaners/degreasers.
Alkaline Process Cleaner/Stripper
NC-1250G is an extremely versatile product. It is an effective rust/paint stripper as well as a heavy duty cleaner when extra alkalinity is needed to remove stubborn soils. NC-1250G has excellent soil suspension ability to assist with part quality and washer maintenance and rust inhibition properties to prevent in-process flash rust.
NC-1250G is also used in coating lines as a pre-cleaner and for removing zinc stearate soaps from the process equipment and parts. NC-1250G provides excellent bath life and improves production by reducing the downtime associated with chemical and equipment maintenance.
Alkaline Heavy Duty General Purpose Cleaner
NC-1273 is a heavy-duty general-purpose alkaline cleaner/degreaser that is safe for most surfaces. It is designed as a floor, maintenance, machine, and coolant sump cleaner. NC-1273 can be used as is or mixed with water. Recommended ratios for typical cleaning operations are:

- Floor cleaning 50:1
- Damp mopping 20:1
- Steam cleaning 50:1
- Machine cleaning 10:1
- Sump Cleaning 50:1 to 20:1

Mild Alkaline General Purpose Cleaner
NC-1320 is a mildly alkaline, non-silicated, general-purpose cleaner designed for use on ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
NC-1320 offers excellent cleaning and rust inhibition at relatively low pH levels. NC-1320 can be used in both spray and soak operations.
Mild Alkaline General Purpose Cleaner
NC-1342 is a high alkaline, general-purpose cleaner designed for use on ferrous and non-ferrous metals in spray and soak washers.
NC-1342 offers excellent cleaning and rust inhibition. NC-1342 can be used in both spray and soak operations.
Alkaline Process Cleaner/Synthetic RP
NC-1370 is a mild alkaline cleaner and rust preventive designed for general purpose process cleaning and rust protection. It is designed for the cleaning of light to moderate soil conditions over a wide range of operating temperatures.
NC-1370 is phosphate free. NC-1370 can be used on ferrous as well as most non-ferrous metals. It is low foaming, oil rejecting and a good in-process rust inhibitor.
